We went to the grocery store in an attempt to beat the July 4th crowds. Michigan recycles...in a major way and Illinois should catch on. We took the cans, bottles and plastic to the store to recycle... 10 cents a can!!!! We made $8.00. Certainly helped with the cost of groceries. How can we get Illinois on board??? new leadership perhaps???

The Shop N Save still has carry out groceries. I love it and our gal was so nice! I felt like I was in the south.
Then we take and alley tour. All residential blocks have alleys here and garages open from the front and the back. Just think, in would never hit the garage again while backing up. Hopefully. Oh Papa Joe, relax...I have not run into anything except the Three Legged Dog Drive Through!!! Just a very cool concept....must be a northern thing.
