Friday night at the lake

Getting the boat ready to go to dinner on a perfect Summer evening. Jake had been fishing, but, well, he did not catch dinner, so off we set to Shorty Pants. Live music, skinny margaritas on the deck, and great food listening to a good summer band.




The lake was sparkling, showing off really!


The parking lot was full....


But we made it in, and Papa Joe immediately found a group of lady friends...


It was, like I said, the perfect summer evening.






And now we have a bit of blender envy....


No, not for home...(but just think of the great smoothies I could make, and the margaritas...you could all come over nightly!!!) yeah, I agree, Papa Joe might not go for that. What he would go for is this blender at The Three Legged Dog. Jake quite agrees...the two of them were mesmerized.
